The Forest Around Us
Every week, children spend time in Karura Forest, building a meaningful connection with the natural world around them. Through exploration, survival skills, mindfulness and hands-on science experiences, they develop confidence, resilience and a deeper understanding of nature by being part of it. Time in the forest encourages children to take thoughtful risks, work together and become more aware of the world around them.
